I really want a german sheperd puppy and a baby bunny.  I wish I could have one or the other... or both!  Why don't we do a yoga pose.  All right this one helps your balance and strengthens your leg muscles.  1. Take a deep breath , in through your nose out through your mouth and nose.  2. Stand up straight with your arms out.  3. Bring one of your legs up to your other leg.  Bring your arms up above your head.  Bring your arms down to your chest.  Balance balance balance.  (Yes , I know it is hard to do all this on one foot.  If you need to , bring something over to hold on to like a chair.        6. Repeat.  This is a very common yoga pose.  If you are into yoga like me then you probably already know it.  It is called the tree pose.
