Happy Valentines Day.  I will be writing like a crazy colorful hippie for the rest of this post.  My little sister just lost her tooth and now she looks like a hill-billy.  My family is watching some weird Australian movie.  Now my sister is acting like a dog , tounge out and every thing.  If I had to use one word to describe Julia it would be " A BALL OF ENERGY ".  Okay so I guess that's four words , but still those are the best words for her.  I'm reading this really awesome book called Finally, it is like the best book in the history of books that I have ever read ever.  If it is raining outside then you can do this inside, but if it is nice and sunny I would recommend doing this exercise outside in a grassy place.  Focus on only one step at a time while doing this exercise , otherwise you could put your brain on overload.  1. Take a deep breath , in through your nose , out through your mouth.  2. Stand up straight and put your arms out.  3. Slowly lean backward while bringing your arms up.  4. As if there is something coming straight for you , come down to the ground as fast as you can and curl up in a ball.  5. Sqeeze as hard as you can.  6. Now let go , and realize how good it feels to relax your muscles.  This exercise is great for if you are sad or mad or just have a lot on your mind.  While I am doing yoga I enjoy eating fresh fruit during my breaks.  If you are doing this exercise inside , make sure that there is enough room that you will be able to move around.  Also it would be best to move breakable items out of the way.  I like to do yoga in a very clean room , it helps me relax.  I will post many other exercises on my blog.  Fun Fact : My favorite fruit is the pair.  GTG , I want to ask my mom if I can watch a movie called " The Watcher in the Woods".
